EQL is a third-party platform designed to manage high-demand product drops, utilizing a multi-step verification system to ensure that entries come from real humans, not bots, while removing duplicate attempts from the same user. Every verified entry undergoes a randomized selection process, ensuring fairness during product launches. For the Super Stickers: Manga Series draw, there is no fee to enter, and EQL does not place a hold on your card at the time of entry. Your payment details are required solely to verify your identity and process your order if selected. If you cancel your entry before the window closes at 5PM ET, it will be withdrawn, and you won’t be charged. Once the window closes, all entries are final.
After the draw, all entrants will receive an email from EQL confirming either a successful order or notifying them if they weren’t selected. If your entry is chosen but payment fails, your order won’t be processed, and your box will be reallocated to another participant, as VeeFriends cannot hold inventory in such situations, so please use a valid card with sufficient funds to enter.

The public presale for VeeFriends Super Stickers: Manga Series will take place on Monday, July 14, and will run for a 6-hour window from 11AM ET to 5PM ET on EQL. The EQL draw is open globally, giving international collectors equal access to this limited release.

Do I get charged to enter the launch?
No. You are not charged to enter an EQL launch, and no hold is placed on your card. However, payment information is required to verify your identity and to process your order if you’re selected. Please note: If selected, your payment must process successfully to secure your order.
Can I cancel my entry?
Yes, but only before the release window closes. Log in, return to the launch page, and click “Cancel my entry.” Once the window closes, entries are locked and cannot be withdrawn. If selected, your payment will be processed automatically.
Can I enter more than once?
Only one entry per person, per product is allowed to keep things fair. Entering more than once will hurt your chances of being selected.
How will I know if I was selected?
If your entry is selected, you’ll receive an email from EQL. Once your order is successfully processed, you’ll get a separate order confirmation email from VeeFriends. Orders are fulfilled and shipped according to our standard terms and conditions.
Why wasn’t I selected?
If you don’t receive a winner email, your entry was not selected this time.
I was selected, but my order didn’t go through. What happened?
Sometimes selected entries fail due to payment issues, such as incorrect info, insufficient funds, or fraud flags. Unfortunately, VeeFriends cannot hold inventory in these cases. While EQL does not currently send a failed payment notice, your bank may notify you.
What is the Run Fair® Fee?
The Run Fair® Fee helps fund EQL’s mission to ensure launches are fair, secure, and bot-free. EQL’s technology works behind the scenes to:

- Protect your data with industry-leading security
- Eliminate queues, crashes, and site overloads
- Improve your odds over time using the EQLizer (better chances with every loss)
Who pays the fee, and how is it charged?
Only those selected to purchase the product pay the fee. It’s either charged directly by EQL (as a separate line on your statement) or by the retailer using EQL’s Shopify app. In either case, the charge will appear clearly and an invoice will be included in your winner email.
What if there’s an issue with my order after I’ve paid the fee?
